Purchaser with logistics know-how (as/you/are)

For our location in Karlsruhe, we are looking for a Purchaser with logistics know-how (f/m/d) as soon as possible:

Job description:

Purchasing and supplier selection:
- Purchasing logistics services to expand our global network for end-of-life parts collection and evaluation.
- Purchasing of programming services for system development
- Purchasing of direct material to maintain business operations

Development of the logistics network:
- Actively manage service providers and ensure performance
- Ensuring competitiveness
- Supporting the development of new logistics concepts
- Assistance to the support team in maintaining service levels
- Project cooperation in the development of new functionalities

Your profile:

Education: You have a commercial education with professional experience, ideally completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering or economics, ideally with a focus on logistics
Experience: You have several years of experience in the logistics business and purchasing experience in combination with service providers
Know-how: You have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
Personality: You are characterized by your very good analytical and strategic mindset as well as your high affinity for numbers
Working Practice: You work self-reliantly, in a structured, motivated and result-oriented manner
Languages: You are fluent in German and English
Other: Willingness to travel
