Job Description:

·       You take over tasks in the support ticket system (Kanban).
·       You assist with second level support topics e.g. database adjustments, corrections and database extentions e.g. correction of delivery note postings, balance sheets mergers, etc.
·       You document and prepare support topics as FAQ.
·       You review and develop the automation of regular support activities.
·       You are responsible for the migration of current code to Microservices.

 

Your Qualifications:

·       Personality: Structured and independent work, assumption of responsibility in delimited subject areas, communication skills
·       Working practice: Analytical, careful, goal- and teamoriented
·       Experience and Know-How in database: Oracle Forms & Reports, PL-SQL, SQL, Oracle DB
·       Experience and Know-How in web development: TypeScript, Angular, ASP or similar
·       Education: Completed education in computer science or completed bachelor studies in mathematics or computer science
·       Language: Good communication skills in written and spoken English
